Booster sets of the Akvostation.P series
Pressure boosting units (including for the needs of Firefighting) of the Akvostation P series are a complete product mounted on a common frame.
The installation consists of the following equipment: pump group, control cabinet, suction and pressure manifolds with piping of pumps, necessary shut-off and safety valves, instrumentation (pressure sensor (pressure switch) - depending on the version of the control system, manovacuum meter and pressure switch on the suction manifold for "dry running" protection), a membrane tank with a volume of 18 liters. (except for stations for fire extinguishing systems).
Purpose: increasing and maintaining the pressure of cold and hot water in water supply systems, hot water supply, fire extinguishing, water treatment, in washing machines, water distribution systems and other technological processes.
Executions for control systems:
ES - frequency cascade control, one frequency converter in the control cabinet. It is used in systems where it is required to maintain the pressure within the specified range in automatic mode at various flow rates. Constant pressure in the system is ensured by continuously adjusting the speed of the pump shaft connected to the frequency converter. When the need arises for the operation of the station, the first, through the frequency converter, turns on the pump, which, at the moment, is the main one. In the case when the parameters of one pump are not enough, the next pump is connected in cascade, that is, without frequency control. And the accuracy of pressure maintenance is maintained by the main pump.
E - frequency control, each pump has its own frequency converter in the control cabinet. It is used in systems where precise maintenance of constant pressure is required in automatic mode at various flow rates. Constant pressure in the system is ensured by continuously adjusting the speed of the pump shaft or pumps connected to frequency converters. The booster set controller, receiving data from the pressure sensor installed on the discharge manifold, compares them with the preset parameters and adjusts the station operation to exactly match the existing parameters - the preset ones.
S - cascade control, without frequency converters. The pumps are switched on by a signal from the pressure switch, when the pressure in the system drops below the minimum set level. After creating a pressure corresponding to the maximum set level, the pumps are turned off. To use these stations in variable flow systems, a diaphragm tank is required, matched to the specific system.
F - fire extinguishing station. The pumping unit, depending on the modification, is switched on either by an external fire signal (deluge and hydrants), or by a signal from a pressure sensor about a pressure drop in the network (sprinkler).
In the meantime, there is no need to worry about it. ”
Pumped medium parameters:
Flow rate range: 0.5… .500 m3 / h.
Maximum head: up to 300 m.w.
Max. hydraulic pressure: 40 bar.
Max. temperature: + 120 ° C.
In the meantime, there is no need to worry about it. ”
Each unit is manufactured for specific tasks, based on the terms of reference and a questionnaire.
